Clean and Cozy
Photo of cottages All of our cottages have a kitchen, bath, bedrooms, living area and covered deck. They are furnished with a refrigerator, stove, TV, and A/C. The kitchens are stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The bedding is furnished and will be ready when you arrive. You will only need to bring your own towels!

Policies
No pets, please. A deposit of one (1) night is required to hold all reservations. The balance is due upon arrival. Sorry, no refunds on deposit or early departure. Three (3) nights is the minimum stay on holiday weekends. All other times, two (2) nights minimum.

Eldorado 1 bedroom
Nassau: 1 bedroom
Hawaiian: 2 bedrooms
Bermuda: 3 bedrooms
Tahiti(new): 2 bedrooms
Acapulco: 3 bedrooms

Check-in time - 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time - 11:00 a.m.

Other policies and information:
• $5.00 per day for each additional person over the base rate.
• RATES INCLUDE 10% Tourist Tax (7% state, 3% local).
• No charge for children under 10.
• A deposit of one night is required for all reservations.
• Reservations will automatically be cancelled after 7 days without receiving deposit.
• Three nights minimum on Holiday weekends.
• No refunds on deposits unless notice is received 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
• No telephones are installed in cottages - payphone is nearby.
• No loud music allowed, and quiet hour begins at 10:30 p.m. each night.
• 10% discount from April 1 ~ May 15 and from September 15 ~ November 1.
• VISA, MasterCard, and Discover Card accepted.
